About The Role
We are seeking an entrepreneurial and strategically minded Impact Associate to drive analysis, strategic insight, and decision-making support within our Refugee-focused investments.
Reporting directly to the Impact Director, you will independently conduct thorough due diligence, advanced research, and detailed analysis. You will proactively identify opportunities, rigorously validate solutions with evidence, and communicate clear, actionable recommendations to inform strategic investments aimed at meaningful poverty reduction outcomes for refugee communities across Canada.
We utilize tailored financing—including grants, debt, equity, and blended models—to invest in refugee-focused initiatives grounded in rigorous evidence, comprehensive stakeholder insights, and effective cross-sector collaboration.
This role is ideal for someone with advanced analytical abilities, strong strategic thinking, and excellent relationship management skills, driven by a deep commitment to creating meaningful, lasting impact for refugee communities.
Candidate Requirements
- Exceptional analytical and research skills, capable of independently conducting detailed analysis and clearly presenting complex information to inform strategic decisions.
- Demonstrated interest in poverty reduction and refugee support, with proven experience in strategic analysis, program evaluation, due diligence, and comprehensive project management. Lived experience appreciated.
- Advanced experience in managing data, conducting impact assessments, producing strategic reports, and maintaining sophisticated dashboards.
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the proven ability to independently handle multiple complex projects effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of independently building and maintaining influential relationships with diverse stakeholders, consistently emphasizing actionable outcomes.
- Proven capability in independently navigating complex environments and effectively managing ambiguity to achieve clear, impactful results.
- Hybrid role at Northpine’s Toronto office.
Compensation & Benefits: $100,000 with competitive benefits.
